房間寬敞明亮，下午入住的！衞生比較乾淨！室內温度挺暖和！透過玻璃欣賞外面的雪景，自助早餐種類多，比較豐盛！挺好吃，孩子很喜歡！二樓的自助洗衣房體驗了一下，洗衣服的時候在旁邊健身房運動健身，運動健身完事，衣服也洗好了！挺方便的！酒店工作人員服態度充滿了熱情，讓人感覺很舒適！對客人的每一個細節都非常注意，不會有任何瑕疵！很滿意這次入住體驗！

希爾頓歡朋酒店一直是我的出行首選，看中的是前台服務，房間的乾淨舒適，以及具備有停車場，洗衣機烘乾機等配套設施。
大慶的希爾頓也是看中這些。可是這次有些失望，房間的窗不能打開（可能因為設計的原因），房間的味道怎麼都去除不了，扣分了。

前台小田服務很好，大堂寬敞明亮，早餐豐富多樣。房間乾淨整潔，交通出行方便。尤其是，我們來送孩子上學，提前送達的快遞前台幫忙保管了幾天，毫髮未損，幫忙提拿行李，還給我們延遲到下午兩點退房，很貼心。下次還會再來！！！

這次入住希爾頓歡朋酒店，體驗完全超出預期！剛進大堂，前台工作人員小李笑容親切又高效，辦理入住全程順暢無卡頓。房間空間敞亮，床品觸感柔軟，躺上去格外解壓，一夜都睡得特別安穩。衞生間設施嶄新，還收拾得一塵不染，用着特別舒心。早餐品類超全，菜品都有，能滿足不同口味，吃完直接開啟活力一天。出門逛街、趕行程都不繞路。下次再來這座城市，這兒絕對還是我的優先選擇！

舒適大床房到店因凈房衹有12層以上的，第二天早上有很多婚禮，怕休息不好，跟前台要求換了雙床，服務員給升級了豪華雙床，面積ok，洗手間長方形分佈，乾濕衞浴皆分離。馬桶沒備消毒濕巾。
早餐每個種類比普通酒店多幾樣餐食，但也都是常見的，衹能算一般。
農夫山瓶裝水可續，有掛耳咖啡，帶蓋的紙杯，電視可以投屏。洗衣服很好，機器好用設定方便，洗烘時長合理。
晚上外賣騎手送餐到前台後，20分鐘才由機器人送到房間，期間打電話去前台問，服務員解釋説因為是外賣送到的高峯時段，機器人送不過來，當時是晚上10點啊，高峯時段的説辭能站住腳麼？！
