The rooms were quite clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including various fruits, pastries, and dishes that suited Chinese palates. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport, about a 30-minute drive away, making transportation quite easy.

The staff were exceptionally professional and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. The view was nice you can see the port and the train station. The breakfast was okay but could have had more options.

Every time I go to the CBD, I have a very pleasant stay. I love the clean rooms and impeccable condition. The breakfast isn't bad either. I also recommend the package that includes dinner; it offers a full-course hotel restaurant experience at a pretty good price.

An uneventful stay. The hotel is rated 4* which surprised me when I checked in. It was far from the 4* I was in the day before. Definitely not befitting a 4* rating. The location was not ideal for shopping or walking around, maybe I am not familiar with the surroundings. Breakfast was very basic. Very dated fixtures and furnishings.

The CBD hotel is located in a very busy area with lots of highways, making it a bit risky to cross the road. The rooms smell like old, unventilated houses. The toilets smell like sewage after flushing. However, the reception, staff, and restaurant owner are all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is abundant, and dinner is delicious.

Do NOT stay here. The staff are incredibly rude. In the middle of the night, they barged into our room, claiming we hadn't paid for the second room and then tried to extort us by threatening to confiscate our passports. It turned out to be the hotel's mistake; they realized we had, in fact, paid. The Indian owner and the staff have terrible attitudes, and the hygiene conditions are appalling.
