Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful views from the hotel. some of the things in the room could do with updating and I only say that to make this an excellent hotel.

Got the poorest service ever. Having confirmed the bookings for 5 rooms and and arriving late only to be told I hadn't paid for all the rooms. Breakfast available for only few guests so one has wake very early to get breakfast. Very poor choice. There's actually nothing good to say about the service in this hotel. 2 out of 5.

My parents enjoyed the scenery the most. They had a good stay but said the service could improve.

The hotel is too old and the air conditioner is not working

The hotel had a really good view of the ocean and the room are old but neat and clean. They also had a nice pool that you can swim and watch the ocean.

The hotel view, breakfast, pool, restaurant, hotel counter, hotel staff, and location were all great! I'll definitely stay here again!

The facilities are old, the rooms are not soundproof, the internet is slow, the hot water is not hot... but none of that matters. What matters is the beautiful scenery and the professional, warm and welcoming service. That's enough!

We stayed for 6 consecutive days. When we checked out, they said that they didn't receive the check-in information for 2 days of my friend's reservation, and they wouldn't let me check out and asked me to pay the room fee. I showed the booking number and payment record to the front desk, but it didn't work. I left my local phone number as I was in a hurry to leave, but it didn't work. We argued for half an hour, including 20 minutes waiting for their manager. I was going to give a five-star bad review, but the manager's attitude was good. After understanding the situation, he asked me to email the booking information to them, and they would argue with booking, so I'm giving a four-star bad review.

The overall environment is good, but the room facilities are a bit old, the shower head is difficult to use, and the bathtub is a bit small, but everything else is very good.

I stayed here for several days. The external environment of the hotel is very beautiful. It feels like a resort paradise. I can chat with customers while enjoying the sea breeze. The only drawback is that the hotel often does not have hot water. In hot weather, you can only take cold showers. Other than that, Outside, everything is fine
