The hotel is clean hygienic and center of the town easy to access and the ambience of the hotel is good aswell the main attraction of the hotel is the garden area I was in love with the garden area as we can see whole Darjeeling from there I really love how they maintain their hotel the staff was really helpful specially mr Ashish from front desk and nirusha and mr sudesh from hk who made our stay really comfortable I love their behaviour thank you so much for making our stay comfortable will visit the hotel again

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at the hotel..amazing food.. delicious non spicy and great food.. kids enjoyed the food very much. Staff is very helpful and polite..Also the hotel is located very close to the market area..Highly recommended for a wonderful trip with family to darjeeling!

Mirror portion of the room should have more lights. Rooms are very spacious with all amenities. Garden in 3rdfloor is special attraction. ,

It was a pleasant experience and Shruti,Sujeta and Prajala were great help with their quik service. Chef Nirmal, sujal,sahil and Deepak were great , loved the food specially Biriyani was so special and healthy. There is always a scope of improvement.

Cozy bedroom and fluffiest bed and pillows. Tasty food, amazing staff and friendly ones. Outside view is also at best . One of the beautiful stays i have ever been at and great hospitality from each and everyone. Restaurant ambience is also upto the mark

Very nice service. We are fully satisfied with their hospitality. They are very professional. The minimum 200 characters required for a hotel review needs to be enhanced to at least 300, so that we can get a fair idea of the property description and its facilities. There are so many 'Top Contributor' reviews which are not more than 4 or 5 lines. Such hotel/ property reviews are very basic and do not provide vital information regarding the location of hotel, or how good rooms are, or what are the facilities etc. Most 200 reviews are very basic - " nice hotel in nice location". Or, " we enjoyed our stay at this property and breakfast and rooms were fine"... a 20-min walk to the nearest monorail could by 'fine' for some, but not for the elderly or families with kids. This is too relative and too short to explain any feature. 300 characters would at least try and give a better review of the property.

I'm really happy to share my feedback here..we were here in family trip and had a really comfortable stay. Breakfast in the morning was really great 👍🏻 Room are great clean with all basic needs Excellent overall.. would love to come here again

People here are very sweet and next that i have seen , they pamper you in your requests Also the rooms are very well designed Great People I liked the promptness in the service The washrooms and Beds are very comfortable In such a place they have maintained the propery very well and especially be mindfull of water you spend since getting to such hilly areas i could see how they pump water Thanks
