Absolutely lovely place and ambience, Anandi was so maticulous in handling the staffs and taking care of guests, lovely staff and great view with peaceful mornings...whole Darjeeling one side and staying at Arcadia another blessing, food is fabulous.... absolutely amazing food and guest service ..Highly recommended....one quick not of improvement is make the bf time by 7.30 AM. Thanks love you all!

Located in Dali , Arcadia heritage resort is one of the finest hotels located in Darjeeling. With great view and ambience, one doesn’t feel like leaving the room at all. The staff is quite friendly special kudos to Amit who’s hospitality and support made our stay a memorable one

I have visited with my parents, both senior citizens, the stuffs were very helpful and well behaved. We checked in a very odd timing , 4:30 am at night, but the hotel stuffs came down the lane to receive us. The hotel food was excellent, and the view from hotel was spectacular. Luckily we got to see the kanchanjunga from our balcony.

Wonderful stay at Arcadia Heritage Resort. All staff including managers were very nice n quick in service n helped us in all ways. Nice n clean room toilet. Veiw of Kanchenjunga was the beautiful treat for our eyes. Room were spacious n comfortable with all facility.

The hotel is located far from hustle & bustle of the city of Darjeeling. Good for families and friends to stay for couple of days. Rooms are clean and tidy. Foods are great and staffs are very cordial. The Manager Ravi is especially helpful and provides solutions to all your issues happily.

Arcadia Heritage Resort is the best hotel we have stayed at in India so far. The room had a soft mattress and comfortable bed. There was a shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided, with daily room service and cleaning. Meals were absolutely delicious and we had the option of eating in our room, in the pleasant reception or in a tree house (an open-air space with a view of mountains accessible through a fairytale-like staircase). Shahi paneer and the paneer pizza were our personal favourites! And the views - the views were just something else entirely!! In our room there was a large window and a balcony, and from there were could see beautiful mountains and even the Kanchunjanga on a few clear mornings! We would argue that the view from our room in Arcadia had no worse of a view than Tiger Hill. The attached photos are taken from our room's balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Anandi arranged a great driver for us several times, always helped us if we had any issues (for example once we couldn't figure out how to switch on the boiler) and was always pleasant to chat with. Ashish brought us food a billion times, always with kindness and a smile. The hotel is located a little further away from the loudness and crowds of central Darjeeling, which gave us a quiet and peaceful stay during which we could enjoy the natural beauty we had come for. The Peace Pagoda was a 20 minute very steep uphill walk away (only for the brave) and the Dali Monastery was a 10 minute downhill walk away. There were no drawbacks for us personally, but I can imagine it being hard for some people to walk up the steep hill to reach the hotel. Quite a few drivers refuse to drive up to the hotel. To overcome this issue book a driver through Arcadia itself, and the driver will always bring you straight to the door.
