Very bad experience. Nothing could be much worse. The whole room was smelling fungus and mold. The head rest area of the beds were filled with fungus and the room were not cleaned at all upon my arrival. The ceiling fan was bend. The watter kettle lid was broken, the toilet seat was broken, the glass water bottle rubber lid was full of black fungus and smells pathetic. The intercom phone wasn't working. Had to change it upon calling housekeeping. The morning breakfast at 1st floor named BLUE CHARCOAL, i approached to take white coconut chutney for the idli, there i found tiny cockroaches, i called the lady in charge and she saw and took it away. Later i ordered omelette and to that found long lady hair. These type of services is not expected from such Property.

Had a great time and hospitality was excellent. Food was excellent. Room service was so kind enough and hotel is very close to the mall road. Close to shopping street and had a great time.

I stayed in Sumi Qureen's Yard hotel in Darjeeling during June 2025. The location is close to Mall road. The quality of rooms in NOT at par with money being charged. The staff was good and helpful.

My recent stay at the Queen yard hotel was over all very pleasant . The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city . The staff were friendly and helpful specially nikita and neha.

Sumitel Queens Yard One of the best hotel in Hills... I had the best experience the Room was Very Nice and Tidy.... The staff was very helpfull and the food was beyond amazing Everyone in the hotel was very Frank and was very Respectful ....

The property was a good one to stay with. With good view. But some mantaince is required in washroom in room and common area wash basin. The food was good. Restaurant staff was really helpful while our brkfast timings. Again kitchen staff needs to be a bit attentive while cooking. Overall the stay was amazing. Looking forward to go again. Small issues can be ignored to enjoy the places. Loved the stay. Sunita Ma'am, Bhupesh sir, Pramal sir, Sovana ma'am, Rahil sir. Thanks for good service and the Reception team as well.

Room is nt according to price. I paid 3500 but there is no ac no window view. And there is water seepage in room. No amenities food is okay but room should be better. Hotel is in market. Linen is also not clean. Not worth to price. Staff are good . Hotel is average

This summer vacation at Queens Yard Darjeeling was comfortable. Staff were courteous and mature. we were checking out early in the morning 5.30 am, Hotel packed our breakfast for us.. It was pleasant surprise. i was not expecting . it is close to mall and market.
