Good place to stay. Location is good, like 10 min walk from main market area. Rooms are neat and clean. Food (BF/Dinner) is really good and there is variety in the menu. Their terrace is awesome and has a 360 degree view of the city. What I like is their staff, right from the reception, housekeeping till the Restaurant staff, they are extremely courteous and supportive, especially Mr Nirav. Only one thing to mention is that the Hotel is old so the furniture, doors, etc has old look. Though it has all other amenities which you need, so you won't regret. Overall, it's a good place to stay in price quoted.

Best location. Near to Mall road, Darjeeling toy train station. Best Hotel in darjeeling at peacefull location. Near and clean room, Food is also good in restuarant at hotel itself. All staff are professional and cooperative as well. Thankyou Sumitel

Great location, beautiful surroundings atmosphere,.. great staff specially front desk staff Nikita gurung neha gurung ayush tamang , lovely and great first impression of this hotel... Everything about the hotel was exceptional......

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The view was incredible, and the highlight was definitely the food—every item we ordered was delicious. The staff provided great service as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay. Monika

There’s no improvement to be made. We stayed in this hotel for 2days and today is our checkout day. From smooth check to check out the service was all overall good and specially the staffs are really helpful with the luggages, they all are very courteous and were ready to serve the us with a good food and whatever we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay here. Location is bit off but they helped us reaching the hotel carrying the our bags with a smile on a face. Thank you everyone for your great service.

Fantastic stay at Sumi Queen’s Yard at Darjeeling. Free Wi-Fi, fluffy pillows, spacious rooms, instant hot water all the time, comfy bed, good food ,helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out. The entry is a one-lane way and a 2-min walk from the road but that’s not at all an issue. Way to go!

Stay was nice. I booked a premium triple room which has a stunning view. My room was on the 4th floor. Room was spacious and clean. Food served in the restaurant was awesome. Quality and taste of the food was nice. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Diwakar, Pramal, Runakshi, Rahil and Shovna were very friendly. There was an open sitting area in 5th floor with a splendid view. One can seat, relax and enjoy the view.
