Kass Land Diamond Resort

Perfect

As this so called resort litterly targets Israeli tourists and the place looks brand new we had high expectations.the place is virtually located in no where Georgia, so we expected the hotel to provide most of the "action", so the pool was small definitely not for kids. No water activities at all The hotel staff barely speaks any English (major drawback!) The hotel TV was basic Netflix ( your account,yes?) Many technical faults ranging from no water to inability to fix the air conditioning. Food was expensive and poorly prepared, and sometimes simply not enough. The overall service concept seems to be completely missing throughout all Georgia. In the resort there was a Kosher restaurant, the food was bearly edible and sometimes a health risk and for sky rocketing prices. Most of the few attractions surounding the resort are not included, pricy and limited even to wether.

Aesthetically, an exceptional hotel, beautifully designed with elegant furnishings and wonderful bedding. We especially loved the balcony in our room, which opened out to a nice forest view. The food at the restaurant was good, and the breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we had during our 2.5-week trip around Georgia. Our room rate also included access to the nearby bridge and canyon, which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. However, the service was really poor, fell well below expectations, and completly impacted our experience. Simple requests were often met with confusion or a flat refusal. Upon arrival, staff watched as we struggled to carry two suitcases up the steps, offering no assistance. At the restaurant, we ordered a bottle of water, which was brought to the table—but we had to ask separately for glasses some time later when we finally caught the attention of a staff member. Our two meals arrived about 15 minutes apart, and again we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. There was entertainment in the restaurant at dinner and it was so loud staff were unable to hear our order. We eventually moved to a table outside and far away from the music. We called reception twice during our stay to order room service, but there was no answer and no call back, so we didn't bother in the end. In the room, there was a large gap under the door, making hallway noise audible in the room, though we did sleep well as the hotel appeared to be quiet. In summary, while the design, setting, and amenities were impressive, the service experience really let the overall stay down, so much so that we decided not to stay a second night and have no plans to return.

The hotel is brand new and located in a very unique place, in front of the Diamond Bridge and Dashbashi Canyon. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The spa is well equipped, not too busy and open till very late. Most importantly, the staff is very helpful and provides the best service possible. The stay includes a variety of free entrances to nearby attractions.

I am excited to visit this place, the service is amazing, the food is delicious, the hotel rooms are very comfortable. Thanks to the founder and staff for this pleasure. Me and my friends are going to visit this amazing place many times. Thanks the best service
