Ikos Dassia

Our second visit to Ikos Dassia and it was just fantastic! The front of office and back ground staff are exceptional! The communication and information provided was outstanding. The attention to detail was 110%! We dined in all 8 restaurants and again the waiting staff and food was "out of this World". If you want to add extra starters or replace a "faulty/empty" bottle of wine it is no problem for all the restaurants. One of the highlights was in the Grill restaurant where I chose the 400g Pork steak on the bone with wild mushrooms and Gorgonzola sauce. WOW!! I can write a book on Ikos Dassia there is nothing not to like and we will definitely return for a third visit. Thank you all for a memorable stay!

We were delighted with the beautiful location of this resort and the exceptionally good service, provided by some of the staff members. Argiro, the Food and Beverages Manager, as well as Vasilis and Theodoros from Flavors Restaurant were helpful and caring beyond our expectations.

Amazing hotel and service. Couldn’t fault this hotel . It was our 3rd visit to an Ikos hotel and it didn’t disappoint. ( we previously visited Oceania and Aria) . Grounds are stunning … food superb in all restaurants and the service excellent.

Very disappointed here on day one. Booked a junior suite with sea view… but arrived to no sea view. It’s not a cheap holiday and I would expect what I paid for. Not a great first day to my holiday. Not as advertised, be warned!! The first pictures are the advertised versions, the second two are the reality.

This was our first stay at an Ikos, the resort is beautiful and meticulously maintained, the setting is lovely, the beach and sea views are spectacular especially at sunrise, we found the resort really met the needs of our family with 4 teenagers with the right balance of activities, space and plenty of choice for food, drinks and snacks, we found we spent most of our time at the beach as it as all the comforts of the pool, ie drinks service but with beautiful views and the relaxing sound of the waves, and the added benefit of all the water sports on tap, for the first time in a long time we hardly saw the kids as they were always off kayaking or paddle boarding all of which was included in our stay, meal times were also good, the kids were happy with the buffet which was to probably the best standard we've ever experienced, whilst we ate out quite a few times in the A la carte restaurants which again were to a very good standard, on top of that there was pool and beach food that could be ordered to our sunbeds and room service, finish that off with the ice cream parlours and it's safe to say they had us sorted for food, drinks were again to a very high standard, plenty of choice from tea and coffee all the way through to the most exotic cocktails and everything in between and as much as you want, it was rare you'd have to ask for a drink as someone was always checking if there was anything we wanted, during our stay there were a few niggles with our booking and room types which I think would or could've ruined a holiday at lesser hotels but Peter the guest relations manager really stepped up and fixed things with very little hassle and then continued to go above and beyond all holiday to make sure we were happy and satisfied and for that they deserve 5 stars.

What a fab hotel, as all inclusive hotels go this is definite 5 star, in one of our top 3 large inclusive hotel resorts . The rooms are a good size and clean, the pool areas are spaced out with lots of lounges. The staff are incredible and a true credit to your hotel. If you are use to the service and standards of Dubai and Turkey hotels then you will love this hotel. However the most important thing about this hotel is the food, if you are foodie and love eating out you will enjoy every meal you have here. The food is better than any other all inclusive hotel we’ve been too.
