這是我住過的最差勁的民宿（包含各類酒店），性價比極差，150元一晚，沒有空調，電視，獨立衞生間，房間裏除了床，空空如也。很老舊破的老公房，一條走道，兩邊是房間，衹有兩個公用洗手池，很臟，很差。公用廁所衹有兩個，一男一女，很狹窄。洗浴池很小很臟，住了兩晚，沒敢洗澡。整個感覺就是上當了，再也不會去住了，也提醒大家不要上當。

民宅兩居室，室內還挺乾淨，老闆人不錯，離大同古城比較近，旁邊200米就是凱鴿酒樓，對面孫記包子鋪好吃，唯一缺點就在老城區周邊環境亂了點。

離西門比較近，整體比較方便，房東阿姨挺隨和。對條件要求高的可以住古城外的酒店。這邊就是位置優勢，方便出遊。

民宿在古城遺址旁邊的一個老小區裏面，周邊打車或者公交都方便，老闆熱情，房間乾淨，小孩覺得有個電視機就更好了！

是公共衞生間且不是很乾凈，有氣味，洗漱間的燈時開時關，宿舍的燈關了還是明亮明亮的，我一整個晚上都沒睡着。

位置在古城外。周邊環境比較接地氣。去古城中心地段大概兩公里多路，走路累，騎小黃車可以的，但是小黃車要停在城牆外面。
老闆很熱情，服務很周到。房間比較乾淨整潔。
缺點是硬件跟不上，房間裏沒有衞生間，洗漱和入廁都是公共的。床鋪很硬，配套設施非常簡樸。相當於農家樂吧。樓房外立面兒有點兒讓人一度懷疑人生。
