Bwalk Hotel Malang ★★
"I booked a standard family room with two twin beds for 2 nights, totaling 580K. To my surprise, the room had no windows and no TV. I ended up requesting an upgrade to a Deluxe Family Suite, which at least had a TV. However, there were no amenities provided, just towels that were already grayish and bottled mineral water. Luckily, it was close to Alfamidi, so I could buy a toothbrush, toothpaste, tissues, and hot drinks. They said the swimming pool was still leaking. In the end, I only stayed for one night."
Rayz Umm Hotel Malang ★★★★

Hotel Tidar Malang ★★★

Syariah Radho Hotel Sengkaling ★★★
"sorry to say yaa... but I have to convey this for the progress and improvement of service at Syariah Radho Hotel Sengkaling. first I chose this hotel because when I searched for a room with 3 beds in one room that was only available at this hotel, and also the price was still affordable for our pocket. but it turned out that when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel looked gloomy, dark, and looked like a warehouse. the first welcome at the front office was very minimal lighting, the lights were not on so that it made the lobby seem dark, horror. when we arrived at the room, we were even more shocked, because we got a room, where the shower head was broken, the soap bottle was empty, the bathroom glass was broken, the bathroom door was full of holes, the TV was not working properly, so was the AC, the towels were still dirty and only one was available even though the facilities were 3 beds, the drawers still had trash from previous guests that had not been thrown away, the wardrobe was broken, and dusty. There was a telephone but the telephone network was not connected in all the rooms we rented so it made it difficult for us when we wanted to call the ob or room service. We had to go down to the 1st floor, even though we were on the 5th floor. At breakfast, all the food was cold, nothing was warm. Room service was limited, with only four staff, including the front desk. We recommend improving our service for guest comfort in the future. Guests who stay just want a comfortable and clean place. It doesn't have to be fancy, but comfortable. We're comparing, and it's better to rent a bobocabin or bobox, which, even if it's just a capsule, can provide a comfortable rest. Please help the hotel manager and owner improve the quality of service and hotel facilities. We feel we're being misled by the price you're offering, which doesn't equate to the facilities and service you provide. There are many cheaper options with far better facilities and comfort than yours."
