Very old building. Lacks maintenance. Window doesn't close, dust, and loud noise from outside. I don't recommend this hotel.

The facility is good

It was nice room and good air-condition.

SMX Lanang is just a walking distance here like 5-7minutes. If you want to buy things, a lot of stores are available outside, it's very convenient. It was a nice stay coz were very close to SMX where our event is, we won't think about traffic anymore coz it's a walking distance.

The place is decent. Don’t just expect too much. Nothing fancy. But if you just need a place to stay for overnight.. this place is ok.

I stayed at this affordable hotel, but I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet. I wasn’t aware that there was a bar directly beneath the hotel, and it was extremely noisy. The bar didn’t close until 5 AM, resulting in a sleepless night. While the hotel is budget-friendly, it’s not ideal for a peaceful stay.

It was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

It was fine. Just want to suggest that you install an elevator so adult visitors can have easy access to higher floors.

The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Cheap place so you get what you pay for. AC was cold which was great after having to carry our luggages to the 4th floor using the stairs. Location was perfect as its walking distance to SM Lanang or you get a ride for P10.

Very nice ang place. Super lapit lng talaga sa SM Lanang. Super bait din ng mga staff nila. Kudos sa kanilang lahat. God bless po sa inyu!
