Everything was excellent. Food, massage, staff, service.

The room was okay 👌 it’s perfect for a couple but the shower no heater and no internet ..the tv is useless to put in the room for nothing even the local channel don’t have..

Love the location, the services, and the foods. Will recommend this hotel. Very accessible to shopping malls

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good. Breakfast buffet if hotel is high occupancy, A la carte if low occupancy but both good. Cannot fault this hotel. Very peaceful as located in a giant park. Highly recommend.

Perfect location the staff is very accomodating

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

House is very apacious with lots of room for guests to frolic around.
