Love this property, there’s even a bowling alley in the basement, it’s amazing and wonderful how Marriott can save wonderful historical hotels like this.

Disappointing
The pool and hot tub were closed which was disappointing. The thermostat in our room wasn't working properly. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. Nobody came. We called back an hour later after waiting in the heated room. The told us to turn it off and on again to get it working. We did that for the rest of our stay. Also our room seem to be missing a chair or a couch. Our room number was 315. We have stayed here before and loved it....this time not so much

I am a small country town girl so the fact that my name was on the TV in the bathroom had a TV in the mirror and just feeling like you walked into a castle was a great experience.

Beautiful old hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Davenport.

No hot water the first day I was there, was not able to shower. Was not offered any type of compensation or even an apology. Parking is an extra $12 per day, which you dont find out until AFTER you pay for a non-refundable room. Overall its a nice place, but those 2 things are irritating, especially the no hot water.

Pool has been shut down the last 2 years we’ve visited. Gym equipment broken down and needs updated. Did not get the room we thought we were getting according to pictures on website.

This is a great place! Lots of nostalgia. We actual were there on it's 110th Anniversary of opening! Old school, renovated to it's original state! Affordable and nothing but top notch! Blues Brunch on Sunday was excellent! Will stay here again!
