Great welcome, knowing that I booked 1 day too early and therefore I arrived the day after my reservation! Reception is looking for a room for me, phew! Room very good, dinner very good but very expensive! Breakfast to be reviewed for the price, overcooked eggs clumped together, no bacon, square industrial ham, same for the cheese, too bad! And housekeeping coffee! Not even a real coffee machine! Otherwise hotel well located

The hotel is nicely located close to a river and check-in and check-out worked flawlessly. Breakfast and dinner were pretty standard, but enjoyable. I cannot recommend to stay at this hotel though: I overheard guests saying that they found bed bugs in their room and got bitten by them. I left the next day anyway but I thoroughly cleaned all my stuff once I was home to be oin the safe side. Also in the cellar area there is some heavy issue with water leaks: You can see wet walls and parts of the these walls already crumble off. Until these issues are fixed, no recommendation from my side.

Lovely setting, nice rooms. Staff in the restaurant was rude when we asked if we could just have dessert. No access to coffee in the room - not even hot water.

We got a room on the street side. It was noisy (the window did not isolate from the noise) and too warm. A fan improved the situation. We could take a shower but the bath has no curtain. So the room was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was nice !

After a 28 kilometer stroll in this wonderful region, happy discovery of a nice little hotel (the STUDIO rooms are spacious for a family, with an ideal location, and a "les enfants" restaurant at the TOP of the TOP"

Honestly, hats off to the staff (the ones who remain). Hoping that the owners quickly realize that management is disastrous and that an establishment is difficult to manage without products and without staff. You don't make money by keeping less than the staff and products you need and overvaluing what you sell. Basically, the message felt is "we prefer not to sell or rent rooms"... At €18 for breakfast, the...bread (delicious when fresh) MUST for example be fresh. And yet this establishment has potential... A loyal customer who realizes that the establishment only survives thanks to the staff (who remain). AND hoping that its owners will have the pride to make it bounce back, if necessary by entrusting management to motivated people to whom we leave the reins.
