Waren schon mehrmals auf dem Campingstellplatz des Hotels und nun das erste Mal im Hotelzimmer. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Dampfsauna und freundlichem Personal. Getränke der Minibar sowie Tickets für die Ortsbusse waren inklusive. Es hatte alles, was wir brauchten, um uns vier Tage lang zu erholen und im Wellnessbereich zu sonnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

There was no bellboy and you have to find a cart for the luggage yourself. The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms seem to be new & very clean. Nice breakfast buffet - missing a proper coffee ( just machines there). The the rest is a very good selection of everything. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Location is kind of close to Jakobshorn bahn and center, so everything in walking distance

This hotel has deteriorated significantly since it changed hands. The quality and choice of food is significantly worse both at breakfast and dinner. Also, the staff are much less service oriented and give the impression of not caring less. When this hotel was run by Sun Star this was a brilliant hotel where everyone went out of there way to ensure perfection but this is no longer the case. The new operator appears to be much more interested in hiking prices and reducing costs. Overall, very disappointing and a shadow of its former self.

First time since 2015 and just as enjoyable as before. First time having to have gluten-free food and this was addressed very well. Great location and friendly staff in restaurant, reception and wellness.

I Spent 7 nights on my ski trip but have stayed here several times before. The staff looked after me a single traveler very well indeed. Everywhere was clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will come again next year if thew snow is good. There was ample food and lots of variety

We were made very welcome with so many of the staff able to speak English as a result of our lack of German. Rooms and food excellent.Free travel on local buses and trains was an added bonus. Any query was promptly deal with in a very clear manner. A south facing room gives a clear view along the valley.

We had a very nice weekend at Sunstar Davos. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Funny robot assistant at the breakfast room. Value for money! Also nice to get good service when renting skiequipment and frequent shuttleservice to the ski lifts.

Stayed for the second time in Sunstar Davos. Again the same positive experience as the first time. Great service, friendly staff, and thanks to the hiking guides. Great job by all of you. For sure we will come back for a third time !

We stayed in the camper spot of the hotel. We could use all the facilities incl wellness. We felt very welcome. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We would certainly go again (camper or room). Super!
