1、設備：兩個電梯，其中一個衹能容納4、5人就超重。
2、環境：同樓有桌球廳等各各色社會娛樂場所，人很雜。
3、停車：沒自己停車場，借用合用一個附近小區地下停車場，出口經常無人看守收票據。
4、衞生：毛巾浴巾褶皺多，室內沙發污漬嚴重。
5、服務：還可以。
6、餐廳自助，衹有熱乾麪，而且一個服務人員！收票、做飯、打掃根本忙不過來，早上準時來有幸吃到了最後三個雞蛋。
