Centrally located. The hotel doesn't have its own carpark though there is one close by and plenty of on street parking. Very helpful management, especially when we found our booking was for next year! Thankfully they had space. A smallish room with a small balcony with a view of the river and ******. A good breakfast. An older style hotel that's obviously had a recent refit. As with most Accor group hotels, some interesting designer furniture and fittings. Use an up to date satnav as the current roadworks and restrictions in Dax aren't helpful. Though obviously hardly the hotels fault.

Stayed there in March 2022 for two nights. Pro: breakfast (but ... is there a possibility to offer ripe fruits?), nice staff, good wifi Contra: rooms are very, very, very worn and old. Additionally cleanliness is not first quality here. My bed was in bad condition. Bedding already patched in some places. Terrible. Worst Ibis Styles I've stayed in in France. In general not "my" hotel chain - it was booked by a client.

Ideal location in the old city center. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and tidy however when it comes to business trips, a few more plugs would have been nice to have. Only one available: when you need to charge your phone, and your laptop, 2 or 3 would have been highly useful.

Marie and Chloe are a great person to deal with. I will recommend them as a point of contact during the stay. They are nice and respectful and decent. You will face the real way of being A VIP here. Hotel is clean, tidy and it has great view. I recommend the place to have a rest from the hard life.

Hotel bien placé au bord de l Adour proche centre ville, parking des berges à proximité Emplacement idéal dans un hôtel 3 étoiles vieillissant mais propre Structure extérieure en moyen état Accueil agréable avec personnel charmant, serviable et aux petits soins Chambre petite, propre mais aurait besoin d’un coup de peinture sinon c’est correct Qualité prix bon Petit déjeuner complet, c’est bon et frais et la salle est agréable Une salle de restaurant bien située côté Adour que nous n’avons pas utilisé mais le menu est tentant Cependant Hotel bruyant le matin proche circulation Prendre une chambre vue Adour et beaucoup moins bruyante Nous avons été bien accueilli par un homme charmant, attentionné et bienveillant Pour le départ également par un personnel charmant

Chambre tellement vieillotte que le décorateur doit être en cure ! La fenêtre antique (sale et couverte de toiles d'araignées ) peine à filtrer la chaleur et le bruit. Côté restaurant, le chef doit être un ancien figurant de Cauchemar en cuisine. L'accueil sympathique sauve le bâtiment du naufrage. Est-ce que le groupe Accor sait qu'il possède cet hôtel ???

Hôtel en dessous des standards du groupe Accor Chambre nécessitant un rafraîchissement. Fenêtre de chambre vétuste et non isolante du bruit de la rue qui ferme tout juste . Vraiment indigne !!! Seul le hall d’accueil est au niveau . Petit déjeuner satisfaisant Le personnel est sympathique

Je n'ai pas encore été dans cette hôtel, mais le premier contact eu avec la réception pour régler un problème de mon faite m'oblige déjà à donner la note maximal. Ils ont été d'une grande efficacité et ont eu un vrai sens du service client. Encore merci à la réception et à cette établissement.
