The hotel is amazing,super clean and the scenery indescribable! The manager of the hotel is exceptional and made sure everything was arranged for us! We had a battler and 25/7 assistant through we chat. The breakfast amazing, tasty and different every day. The staff super kind and helpful. Every time we came back to our room our clothes and our room were tidied up. Dinner little bit pricey but tasty! We also had the boat tour and photoshooting partly on the boat and partly at the hotel! Amazing!!! Overall the best hotel we've been to and we compare it with miramonti hotel in dolomites and LA mamounia in morroco. Thank you for everything and we will defenately come back with our kids!! Great place for kids as well.

Awesome place to stay, very friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast. The room is well equipped and comfortable. They helped print off some travel documents for us, which was amazing. Our favorite hotel in China!

Location is perfect and staffs are very helpful. Environment around hotel is great and feels like in paradise. Highly recommended. I have breakfast as well as lunch and dinner in the hotel, good are all great.

We extended our stay from before and we had another 3 days vey pleasant stay. As already mentioned in our recent review all was perfect. There are only a very few local restaurants around, but the Lu Lin restaurant in the middle of the two hotel buildings served us every evening with very good and delicious local food. A special thanks to the small family restaurant Lu Lin!

The best thing about this place are the owners. Full of initiative and kindness, I am very appreciative of their initiative services. For example, they asked if I already had transportation for my next destination, then how much I was quoted. Then they said that was a fair price if it was right to the hotel, to just check and verify if it is so. This is a very helpful guidance for out-of-towners. The room is clean, and after 4 days of travel in the area, it is the only one that doesn't have any lingering smells of cigarette smoke. It is hard to find rooms like these, including rooms that claim to be smoke-free. The view from the room is great and it is nice to watch the birds fly over the border river. Birds are not constrained by fences. Bottles of water are provided, as are disposable towels, which I'm not a fan of, as well as soap, shampoo and so on. There is no separation of wet/dry areas, but slippers are provided. You may not get the best photos in such a homestay, but it is functional and practical, and everything works well, drainage and so on, which is more important. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

My husband and I just finished our stay here, we came here to go to the Detian waterfall and found this location very handy, it was quick and easy to get a Didi to the waterfalls and in is a quick ten minute walk into Mingshi village where there are convenience stores and lots of restaurants. The view from the hotel room was incredible and the rooftop pool is wonderful. The service was great, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

The room is neat and clean... The boss is very nice and can meet all the needs. The aunts are warm and polite. We stayed with the puppy for 3 days. The puppy was a bit naughty, but he had a great time. The farm food is delicious. I recommend staying here! There will also be free tickets to the bonfire party! Love at first sight. The view from our rooms was beautiful. The rooms were tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Modern amenities. The automatic toilet bowl was amazing. I wished I had one at home in Malaysia. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I am good with the healthy options and free flow of soy milk. I suggest using the ceramic bowl for the hot soy milk instead of the plastic bowls provided. Do bring your own hot water flask. Hot water dispenser available.We had all our meals in the hotel. The food was delicious. Do try the free range chicken with mushroom soup. Very comforting. Our morning walk in the village was lovely. Plenty of vegetable farms. Mr. Wei, the manager was very attentive and friendly. He offered to ferry us to Detian waterfalls for a fee as there were no taxi or e-hailing. Overall, we had a pleasant and wonderful two day stay. Highly recommended. PS. Do close the two small windows behind the curtains for better noise insulation.

The location was very convenient. The room was comfortable with good heating. The venue provided free access to the Mingshi Village Scenic Area and daily performances/evening bonfire. The entire venue was lit up during night.

The highlight of this homestay is definitely the view — it was absolutely fantastic and easily the best part of the stay. Waking up to such a beautiful scenery really made the experience memorable. The homestay itself was clean, simple, and comfortable overall. The design is minimalist and pleasant, although some parts of the property do appear slightly dated and could benefit from a light refresh or minor renovation, especially the bathroom area. The lighting in the toilet was also a little dim for my preference, and brighter lighting would make the space feel more welcoming. One important thing for future guests to note is that there is no lift available. Guests staying on the higher floors should be prepared to climb several flights of stairs, so it may be better to request a lower floor if needed. Overall, despite a few minor areas for improvement, I still enjoyed the stay very much, especially because of the amazing view and the cleanliness of the property.
