房間很大很寬敞，還有一個大陽台，有一次性浴巾和毛巾，非常不錯，樓下還可以吃早餐，對想早起進德天瀑布景區的遊客來説非常好，一大早吃飯走兩分鐘就到檢票口了，省了一人30元的觀光車票。

房間夠大，床也是大床，總體不錯！露台很舒服！前台小姑娘熱情主動幫忙抬行李上樓。民宿在德天瀑布景區旁，走路到景區就可以很方便！總體還是不錯的！

位置很好，走路過去瀑布入口3分鐘。停車也方便的。房間也比較寬敞。陽台如果跟其他房間做下隔離就好了。

這次入住體驗超出預期！酒店位置絕佳，出行吃飯都很方便。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住快捷高效，工作人員態度温和有禮貌。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟睡得特別舒服，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水充足，洗漱用品齊全。公共區域整潔安靜，隔音效果不錯，休息完全不受打擾。性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這家，強烈推薦！

非常慶幸這次民宿選擇了御景民宿。 個人認為是整個德天屯性價比最高的民宿。主要有以下幾個原因： 1.這家店的地理位置非常好，距離景區入口不遠，而且距離停車場也非常近。 2.因為德天屯的民宿都是自家宅基地建房，所以每個民宿樓房面寬都很窄，這個民宿是兩兄弟的宅基地上建房打通，所以是整個德天屯經營民宿中最寬敞的，二層有一個面積大約四五十平米的大平台，公共空間，非常舒服。 3.老闆非常熱心服務，也很用心，一次性用品，牙是軟刷毛。還贈送了越南零食。 4.老闆還説到他家有一款房型，房間六七十平米，三張大床，可以住六七人，非常適合節假日愛熱鬧的朋友。家人聚會，性價比極高。

在景區裏面有這個環境和服務，我覺得超出了我的想象。真的很好，本來看了一些評價都説住大新縣比較好，但是因為帶的有小朋友，不想一大早起來趕路到景區，就斟酌再三機緣巧合選擇了這家，正好他們也就剩下一間雙床房適合我們一行人。到了地方，老闆招呼卸下行李有人帶我去停了車，老闆幫忙搬行李去了三樓，全程沒讓我們動手，睡覺前問了老闆娘第二天進德天瀑布的流程，完美避開了擁擠，第一波入園，坐了第二艘竹筏。飛機裏有一次性浴巾和一次性毛巾，還挺乾淨的，外面的大陽台正好可以晾曬我們洗好的衣服，逛好景區回來衣服也幹了，收拾了一下就去了其他地方，會推薦的住宿

沒有照片，但我衹想説就在景區門口，這樣的位置這樣的價格怎麼能讓人不喜歡，老闆人很好幫提行李，熱情介紹，裏面各種用品都貼心準備了太棒了必須好評

酒店距離德天大瀑布很久，方便早上一早入去玩，店家服務態度也是熱情好客，我們訂的親子三床房，房間有一面牆是玻璃們，外面是走廊，這個設計極端不合理，很容易被別人嘈到，重點來了，放假會不時的飄出來一股💩臭味，無錯，就是那種下水道里的味道，嚴重懷疑放間所有的洗手盆和廁所的管道都沒有做U型管道的設計，睡一晚上就吸了一晚上的屎尿味。整個旅程都被噁心到了。雖然店家服務態度很好，早上還説叫我們免費吃早餐作為補償，但試問聞了一晚上的屎尿味道還可能吃得下你們的免費早餐嗎？真的衹能差評差評差評。
