They have floor heating, and it was very, very warm. I remember the hotel I stayed in the day before was really, really cold. The biggest impression I got from this place was the enthusiastic service. The front desk will ask you about the temperature and whether it is comfortable. They will also ask if we need any winter gloves, ginger tea, or hot packs. These are my real experiences and evaluations. They also have a yard with many check-in spots. You can play in the snow without going out. If it gets cold, just go inside. There is hot tea in the hall. It's really great.
