Room temp. control is not working. Woke up 1 am at night because room temp. up to 32C. Front desk sent a tech. person by not able to fix it. End up change room around 3 am. What a terrible experience!

太牛了吧，刷新我對維也納這個品牌的認知。酒店裝修非常新，房間大，有躺椅。居然還有可吸煙房間實在是太方便了。吹風機風力也大。早餐選擇豐富，有咖啡機太好了（附近沒有咖啡店！）。

備註好不要電梯門口的房間，結果辦入住還是給了一間電梯門口的房間，一晚上沒有熱水，全家人沒有洗澡，累一天回酒店休息還不能洗澡，給前台電話兩次，説是晚上洗澡人比較多，我可以理解，可是等11點半還是沒有熱水，前台説給我們換房間，我想説三更半夜的孩子都睡覺了，怎麼換，為什麼不提前安排好的房間呢，沒有熱水開房，非常差的體驗

酒店大堂很大氣，據説是大冶最高級的酒店了，另外前台服務很好，給我升級了房型還免費送了早餐。另外早餐也很豐富，餐廳大年初二初一都有營業，中西餐都有，挺好吃的。 房間很温馨，浴室和洗手間乾濕分離，總的來説性價比很高，以後回老家就住這裏了。
