BRILLIANT RESORT XILING SNOW MOUNTAIN CHENGDU

Booked this hotel for a trip with several families of friends, primarily for the hot springs, but we got an unexpected surprise! The hotel's decor is a lovely white and soft yellow palette with excellent lighting – grand yet stylish, a refreshing change from the usual dim tones. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. It felt like all the amenities were thoughtfully chosen and prepared, quite different from hotels I've stayed in before. I absolutely loved the pillows and shampoo! Couldn't take the pillows, but I did manage to get two small bottles of shampoo from the housekeeping staff before check-out 😄😂. You can see misty mountains across from the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot springs with a mountain view. The kids spent the entire afternoon at the outdoor pool, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the rafting visitor center. The young lady at check-in thoughtfully recommended the beef noodle soup for breakfast, and it was indeed delicious. After our meal, someone politely asked for our feedback and suggestions, which truly showed how attentive and considerate they are. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back next time. I don't usually write such long reviews!

The rooms are clean and tidy, and you can feel the excellent 6S management everywhere in the hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the beef noodles are absolutely delicious! A truly great experience!

The condition of the facilities exceeded my expectations, offering good value for money. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended, and I'll definitely consider it first for my next trip.

This hotel is really great! It was a pleasant surprise. While it might be smaller in scale compared to something like China Railway hotels, both the service and the rooms are charming and quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive, and dinner was delicious too! For the hot springs, about 4-5 pools were open, and it's a sulfur spring!

The environment is quite good, the room is very clean, and the hot spring is natural. There's also a swimming pool. The staff are very thoughtful; they even brought us towels when we were at the hot spring.

The Xishang Hotel offers an amazing experience with attentive and prompt butler service. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and tastes authentic and delicious. The private hot spring is secluded and quiet, and the environment is tranquil and a great escape from the summer heat. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.
