The photos look NOTHING like the room!!!!!!! They are horribly outdated!! Having said that, they place isn't a total disaster. Although there are stains on the carpet and bedspreads, it's reasonably clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. There is also a microwave and refrigerator, although the coffee maker that was supposed to be there wasn't. The bathroom was pretty decent and the shower worked well. It's located right on the main drag in Dayton and easy to find. Not particularly attractive from the outside, but the owners were very personable, helpful, and nice. It's a decent option when you're in the middle of nowhere and need a place to sleep.
