1.停車管理問題：地庫前放一個車位已滿的牌子，見圖一，肯定不敢貿然下地庫，門口沒有一位工作人員，趕緊跑去問前台，前台打電話始終找不到人，也不能確定地庫是否還有車位，讓我坐電梯下地庫找人。找到人後，其淡定的説：直接開下來就是了。於是走車道回到地面。
2.設施陳舊：進入613房間，地毯有味道，考慮其他房間估計也差不多，忍了。換了睡衣睡褲去洗手間，發現面盆下滴答滴答漏水，打電話6112，過了一會上來一位女工作人員，看了一下説要聯繫工程部，等啊等啊等，其間房門一直沒關，告知工程部人員巡樓要過一回，這才關上房門。工程部看後説衹能湊合堵一下。怒了，就住一個晚上要湊合？你們是4星級酒店嗎？加上之前停車問題，要求升房解決。
3.缺乏服務意識，欺騙客户。過了一會剛才那位女工作人員來了，説是6層沒有房間，4層有兩間，讓我選一下。於是跟着她到了432房間，沒有613的異味，她説這是升了房的豪華雙人間，還有一間和我定的一樣，信了她説的話，告知就這間吧。她居然説去一樓辦理。以為是要用613的房卡重新做一張432的，實際前台直接給了一張新房卡。為什麼不能直接把她手裡的卡給我，還要折騰去前台？
早上起來，拉開窗簾，見圖二和三。退房時問前台613和432分別是什麼房型，回覆都是商務雙床房。問圖片是啥，回答是庫房。14號晚上那位女工作人員這種欺騙消費者的行為太惡劣，酒店這樣的服務根本配不上4星。第一次來達州，在攜程千挑萬選酒店，居然有如此差的體驗。前台還貼了一個條，給五星送飲料，當時還問了前台送什麼，回答加多寶。你們就靠這個得5星好評，而全然不去考慮如何提升服務的軟件和硬件嗎？隨時準備投訴12345。

由於沒有窗，進去非常悶，但是這個價格也很不錯了，房間很大，唯一缺點就是中央空調無法換氣，真的很悶很悶，下次就機會還是加錢住正常房間，早餐很棒很豐富
