"!!! We really enjoyed the two days at the hotel !!!The service is kind and fast (a fault with the TV was fixed within 5 minutes...), the breakfasts are amazing with plenty of food and all the dishes are extremely delicious . The shower is not well built (the entire floor area is completely wet...) but the rest of the room is wonderful. The cultural evening (a performance by the "Hebrew Negroes" was extremely exciting (we danced until we were exhausted...), although the second evening was weak in comparison."

"Want to come to the Dead Sea when in Israel? Do it. Just don’t come to this hotel. The management doesn’t care about their guests. They don’t care about their hotel. They don’t care. Period. The people who work there don’t care either. Check in process is awful - they make you stand in line multiple times and the attitude of front desk is that they are doing you a favor. Asked for a manager and was told he will be back in 5 minutes. 45 minutes later a manager shows up….. Sam was his name? Sitting in a glass office. At least he was the only helpful one on the property. Asking for ice is like asking for peace - IMPOSSIBLE. These clowns made me run around the whole hotel and still Couldn’t find it. Asked dining room manager and another employee. Employee brought a small normal dish of ice (that’s after 30minutes of searching) then manager Michael dropped a Bowl the size of a Dead Sea on my table filled with ice - he dropped it so ice flew all Over. Thank you for your help you obnoxious person that should Work in a basement or cave. not around people. The rooms and hotel should have been at least painted once since construction. If you want a drink in this “all-inclusive” - bring your own. If you ask for tonic they will Give you bubble gum soda. Everything is an issue. No one want to help. Owners! Ever heard f the word HOSPITALITY? No one cleans. No one vacuums. No one cares. Did you see the lounges? Moses used them in the dessert and no one cleaned them since. All Amenities are closed. The spa or rather a hole with salt water looks like it’s from a horror movie. Avoid."

"We are a family of 4, stayed at this place in August 2023. The place is clean and cozy, mattresses are pretty hard. The food was good. They have a faucet to fill up bottles with drinking water. It's right at the foot of the Massada National park.."

"Very clean hotel. Service very good. Rooms are well kept. With coffee, tea. Bathrooms have toiletries. There Spa attached, is well run, and there Massagest are calm and are good; and not far from a jacuzzi, 2 inside pools: 1 has Dead Sea mineral water; where you float; 2nd pool a bit different. It’s warm there and they supply towels, slippers and robes. There is an outside pool too with Dead Sea mud and water. Yes parking. I’ve used this hotel quite often."

"The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex"

"Leonardo plaza-big disappointment The hotel is very old and need immediate restoration.the service is poor and not friendly. Very noisy and crowded. No value for money. We ordered the suite but it looks like a simple room.at the evening before living they put a warning on the doors that if we don’t live on time they will give us 500 shekels fine . We will not return"

Oasis Spa Club Dead Sea Hotel - 18 Years Plus ★★★★
"The Oasis was a lovely hotel situated very near the Dead Sea beach. The food, both in the evening and morning, was generous and diverse. The rooms were pretty scaled down and the amenities in the room were adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Well worth the price."

Leonardo Club Hotel Dead Sea - All Inclusive ★★★★
"We arived at check around 16:00 No one told us the hotel is going trough renovations before handing us the keys to our room (nor anyone told us this at the time of resrvation. The noise was imposible. We couldnt stay in our room even for 10 minutes as we couldnt hear eqch other speaking , let alone have our baby girl go to sleep. The menagment said theres nothing they can do and every time they told us 10 minutes the noise will be over. The noise was not over for 2 hours even tho every time they said 10 minutes. The rooms themselves were dirty and it looked like they were not properly cleaned in like a month. The only clean looking places were the towels and sheets. The reception manager screamed at a couple that was demanding their money back , and he wouldnt return the money unless they signed a document stating they cant sue the hotel. If i didnt have a month old baby i would have get my things and drive the 6 hours home back. Never again getting into any Fatal hotels. Thanks."

HI - Massada Hostel ★★★
"This felt more like a hotel but without an extortionate price tag. The building, while not beautiful from the outside, is well built and maintained. The bus dropped us off a few metres away and it was HOT in that bit of desert. The location was great - a very short walk to the base of Masada, which we and many others climbed at 5:00 am to watch the sunrise. Good bus services connected us to Ein Bokek (best Dead Sea beach and resort), Ein Gedi and onwards to Jerusalem, Beersheba, etc. We had a large room with a double bed and two bunk beds, and our children had the same, configured as two singles and two bunks. There was a well-designed wash room with twin basins, a shower and toilet cubicles, loads of storage, TV and fridge. There was efficient air conditioning, wifi and a general feeling of comfort and space. There was a supervised outdoor swimming pool, partly in the shade, which was a lovely way to cool off. Various other facilities such as a children's playground, synagogue and various conference halls and private dining spaces. We opted for half board, which was a buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. There was a wide range of fresh and delicious food, and, all-in-all this was great value. Were I to have any criticisms it was the excessive use of disposable cups, air conditioning which stayed on all the time and doors which were left open, wasting further energy. No hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay or even just for breakfast after the 5:00 am climb. "

"Nice and modern hotel. Excellent location right on the Dead Sea at Ein Bokek. Breakfast was quite pleasant with a decent spread. Our room was on the 7th floor and had an incredible view of the Dead Sea. I would stay again."

"The hotel was very dirty. The maintenance level is terrible. The rooms are full of dust and wear and tear. The reception is overcrowded during check-in, and there aren’t enough staff members. The breakfast food isn’t fresh. The smells throughout the hotel are awful. We were very disappointed and will not return!"
