Nice hotel.

Room was fine, bed was comfortable, sink in bathroom was very small, desk area as we came into the room looked like it had spots of something that spilled on it, but it was where the laminate had been burned off or melted by something in many places. Room was clean ed daily and we received fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was not good as far as eggs and sausage. After the first day we just ate toast or cereal. That definitely needs some changes.

It’s a very nice hotel and my room was very clean with nice amenities and furniture. Very trendy and modern and a comfortable bed. I give the staff I met excellent ratings. All were very kind. I arrived late due to a direct flight cancellation and rebooking through Cleveland. With an early AM meeting I turned in to get some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, my room was across from people who were talking lousy or arguing, I couldn’t tell. I called the front desk and the night manager on 5/10 immediately visited, knocked the n their door several times, and after they replied he politely and directly told them there was a noise complaint. He left, they briefly continued, but finally settled down. I really appreciated that quick response by the night manager.

Overnight Mother’s Day Stay. This is an Amazing hotel!! Super clean, I’ve stayed here 4 times and each time it’s been wonderful. Beds are super comfy and it’s a quiet area, also a great deal if you want to stay outside the city and Uber downtown.

Good parking spots, clean hotel in general but we found two stains spots in the blankets. Other than that everything else was good

5 star experience!! The only thing I would suggest is work on the breakfast. The eggs were terrible and the rest of the side were uncooked. But the staff & hotel itself made up for it!

The continental breakfast was okay! The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. The hotel staff were dismissive and not helpful with solving problems. I was disappointed that I had to take a room on the first floor by the door (solo female traveler) and broken toilet seat. I didn’t realize the toilet seat was broken until I sat down and it pinched and bruised my leg. When I informed the front desk staff, she said okay with no immediate assistance or accommodation for my stay. I also reported the situation to the housekeeping manager.
