The mattresses were not comfortable at all. I have mobility issues and need a handicap room. The room was the furthest possible from the elevator. That makes no sense

This is the perfect location to experience all that Decatur has to offer. The hotel was nice and kept up well. Only the coffee shop was open for food or drinks in the hotel and only for a few hours, so plan to eat and drink elsewhere.

We have booked at this hotel 5 years in a row for thanksgiving but will never come back after this visit. I have not encountered a more disgruntled, rude manager at any hotel. A bald, heavy set man was checking in people and had no interest in good or even mediocre customer service. I believe his name was Roger and it seems he regretted his career decisions. Customers on the phone and at the check in desk were treated equally with disdain. This was very disappointing customer service and the lobby cleanliness was like a rural rest stop bathroom. The rooms were fine, no complaints with their condition.

Bang Average. Elderly parents stayed and didn't get much help. Concierge service non existent. In-house restaurant tried to overcharge them for breakfast. I was charged for parking I didn't use. Room were clean.

Avoid room with windows facing inside courtyard .
