衞生很差，床單跟沒換過一樣是臟黃色，還有蟲子在爬，枱燈上面還有大片污漬，衞生間污垢賊厚，放個報廢的電腦佔空間？房門也很破……還有很多問題需要整改；其次是物價，不是我説，九十幾的賓館條件都比這茬好，怎麼敢報價142的？！報價高，OK，那就提高性價比呀，你**額外整些有償一次性用品，一次性馬桶墊三元，一次性洗面巾六元，一次性浴巾十二還是十八來着？哪怕把衞生弄好一點我都不嫌你貴真的，怪求不得除了來考試的，平常沒得人來住。

如果可以一分不給，真的想零分，房間一股味道，煙味臭味揮之不去，床也臟的要死，還有不知名的毛髮，強忍着睡了一晚上，渾身都起疹子。

房間大，設施相對老舊，但貴在衞生乾淨，一次性的洗臉巾可以但是浴巾就不太實用了，隔壁有ktv晚上還是比較吵，睡眠輕的建議要另一邊的房子

房間設施老舊，除了洗澡睡覺，電視看不起，浴缸漏水，沒有燒水壺，室內收費用品建議入住先查看，我們沒用也沒查看，退房説有物品沒開封但是包裝有損壞也收了費。
