It was a great experience to be at this property. Staff were great and caring. They let our pet feel like home.

From the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! One of the worst Hyatt regency I have stayed. The slow house keeping and inconsistent dining service is bad. Usually took 30-45 mins for bottled water to be delivered or after clean up, they don't put back bottled water until you asked, or the AC may not work or they will take away your bathrobes. All of that were part of the poor house keeping , certainly not up to Hyatt standard. Dining service is also not international and clean enough, I had stomachache after having their salad. Will not stay here again.

I had the most wonderful time at Hyatt! The ambience, the view, and the overall vibe were truly top-notch—but what stood out the most was the staff. They genuinely make you feel at home. A special shoutout to Bikash from the F&B team, Chef Divender (Dabbu) as he says, and Naturalist Abhishek, who went above and beyond to make my stay so memorable and wholesome. From morning yoga class to never ending food menu they had it all. The entire experience felt like a true retreat—perfect if you want to be close to nature while still enjoying the comfort of luxury and facilities. Highly recommend!

Amazing property surrounded with lush green mountains. Lots of thing to explore in the hotel like multiple restaurants/ infinity pool at the roof top/ kids play area. Nearby options to explore also available which is also mesmerising. They also have very beautiful music sessions throughout the stay like classical/ live band etc.. staff was very helpful and supportive during the stay and booking process.

One of the finest place for fine dining at Range restaurant wherein ull feel like being pampered every moment ..from the choice of good food indian asian and continental to choose from , the hospitality, ambience is perfect to celebrate any occasion..i had been here for more than 40 times since past 3 years ..writing a review first time especially to mention Kim tonsing from F&B , Aman from range , shubham who took care of anything we needed ..kim would make sure u have a great time here ..a professional upto date knowledge abt world of hyatt as well as hyatt dining club ..she made my wife’s special day a most memorable one ..just loved it thanks to the whole team of hyatt ..dehradun
