這家酒店的米其林餐廳真的太漂亮了！環境超棒，菜餚也好好吃，精緻又美味！房間舒適景色很好。最驚喜的是，酒店為我準備了生日驚喜，CAVE、巧克力蛋糕和西班牙特色小食，太感動了！員工服務水準很高，尤其是早餐真是讓人愉悦😊

復活節期度假，幾萬一晚真的不值。
服務方面：入住碰上大烏龍，在官網預訂顯示售罄所以轉到攜程成功預訂，辦入住時竟然通知有兩個訂單在我名下，並讓我必須付款官網的訂單；強行兩個人住兩間房。在我拒付後協商同意等第二天工作日管理人回酒店再處理，讓我先辦入住，然而在這時有意讓我簽署官網的那張訂單，好在我會英文迴避了這個坑。
環境方面：在網上看了很多漂亮照片，實際上園區比較小，能參與的項目也不多，衹能作為酒店入住，沒有度假的感覺。
衞生倒是很好，酒店整個園區都很乾凈。

由於到了淡季給升級了房型
但總體而言 服務水平很一般 配不上這個價位 説是和安縵可以比是完全不可能的 差太遠了
最後退房 其實明明是淡季也死活不讓延遲到1點半 可我們checkin的時間可真是嚴格按照3pm的
環境的確很不錯 就是服務有點差強人意 酒店還有兩個網球場還蠻好的
下次打算換個地方了……

It was the best experience, the place was awesome and the weather was great. The colors of the mountain makes it more cozy with a vintage/modern aura of the hotel. We love it so much. We love to go back if we have time. Thank you
