Quiet, comfortable unit and resort. A+ staff! Game room and pools are a plus! Must drive to sites and food, but it's not far. Great area of history. We will go again!

My wife and I booked this trip to explore a new area (new to us). The resort contacted us a week before our arrival to check in with us and see if we had any special requests (very nice in my view). Upon arrival, the resort was located in a very nice part of Monkey Island, surrounded by a golf course with the lake just across the street. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful at check in. Our unit was quite spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. Overall, the accommodations were fantastic. If you are looking for a quiet vibe, and relaxing atmosphere, this may be a good place for you to check out.

We try to sneak away last minute and were very pleased with the whole experience. Never have been to Oklahoma, but we definitely will go back in the future.

This was not my first time here. I love the quick walk to a lake. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Though we did not do it this time, it is a short drive to Crystal Bridges in Arkansas to see the museum and explore. Appreciate the Dollar Tree and Family Dollar that are in town.

2nd time to stay here. The staff is amazing and the resort location is so beautiful. I highly recommend.

Every year in October we go on a family vacation trip for my mom and myself, we went here to visit a good friend my fiance' had not seen in ten years. This was the most relaxing and fun place we have been to if you just want the country relaxation with people who are so nice no matter where you go. The game room is amazing with a pool table, shuffle board, large set of checkers and foosball. And a TV with a puzzle at the table to relax and hang out. Penny, Nils, Ruth, Cat & Zach And one of the fun things we did is drive 11/2 hours to Joplin, Missouri and saw the Bonnie & Clyde place they were at for 13 days and then drove a few to Radiator Springs, Kansas to see the place where the cars movie was based out of and all the vehicles are there, we took so many photos!!! I enjoyed how quiet and beautiful the location is. It is a great place for a large family. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. No issues!

Great amenities with fireplace and patio with grill and outdoor furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with all accessories, just bring your food. Beautiful surroundings to golf, eat and shop. Tulsa was an hour ride for a great visit. You could text staff for any questions and staff would come right away. Facilities and grounds were kept clean daily. Being on Monkey Island with Shangri-La Resort right next door was a treat! Thank you for an amazing week of relaxation.

This is a great property and always enjoy staying here. My one suggestion would be to someday upgrade the living room furniture as the couch and chair are extremely uncomfortable.
