The standard of cleanliness was absolutely vile. The staff weren’t properly trained and were always causing issues. The food options were extremely limited, was sometimes stale. The professionalism was extremely poor. Would not recommend at all.

Everything was excellent, from the moment you arrived! Very simple check-in, the receptionists are friendly and efficient, they all speak good English and are very accommodating. The room was large, clean, quality bedding, beautiful finishes, impeccable shower, soberly decorated and above all very well soundproofed. On the first floor a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. I had a foot massage which was very pleasant. The restaurant staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. The buffet dinner as well as the breakfast are plentiful and everything is very good (the vegetarian dishes at least), cooked with care and for all palates. An excellent experience. I will definitely come back

The staff were polite and professional and the food was good enough. The rooms were OK. The Professionally taken photos of the outside of the hotel does not reflect the reality with the signage and name of the hotel no longer even on the walls. It all just looks a little bit worn. The small pool overlooks a building site but it is in a city so that's how it is. The pool area has a very small decking area but then I never saw anyone use it anyway. I stayed there for three nights in three different rooms as I was not aware of the fact that opposite the hotel there are three separate wedding reception venues with more further down the road. After long days of getting up early and site seeing we were looking forward to a good night's sleep but then on the first night an explosion of drums and noise that went on for several hours until about 3:30 am. It was so loud I felt the people were celebrating in my room. After the first night of being in room 218 I asked to be moved and I got room 518 and it was even worse. I was then moved to the eight floor where myself and my wife eventually got a bit of sleep. After the 2nd night we felt physically ill with sleep deprivation. There were three separate wedding celebrations every night and I had ear plugs. The reception staff were apologetic but it was obvious customers had complained before. Many guests of the hotel were obviously wedding guests. I also know other people who were on the same touring holiday as mine were also unhappy with the noise The weddings are spectacular but if you're on a touring holiday, getting up early and getting back in the evening then I just don't think this is a suitable hotel to use so i would not recommend this hotel. There's not really anything to see outside the hotel and yes there is rubbish in the street and animals in the street but this is typical of Dehli so you shouldn't be surprised by that. I will be contacting Exoticca holidays as well because they should not be recommending this hotel for tourers. I don't seem to be able to upload the videos showing the noise but I can provide them I'm sure if necessary

Excellent Hotel with good staff and very welcoming gesture . Hotel rooms are very well and spacious. Excellent experience with the stay. They have nice swimming pool and Spa and many amenities with good service, room service is also very fast.

Park plaza hotel is very nice and and services are very nice. Bipin at reception helped us a lot. The best part is the open area swimming pool. This is a best place for all in one fun in east delhi the location is very nice. Room was nice ,bed was comfortable, food was good... Overall my stay was amazing

I stayed here on q half board basis as part of an Exoticca tour. This is an ok hotel. It's tired in places, scruffy in others. The rug in my room was filthy. The beds are comfortable, the shower is decent. What lets it down is the noise. It's right in the middle of wedding venues and each night until 1am or later there are fireworks, drums, plus the usual car horns. You can't block it out, so I recommend you take ear plugs. Bizarrely, they don't sell alcohol in the restaurant or mini bar. Apparently you can order alcohol to room service, but a bottle of wine is circa £35! Soft drinks are expensive by Indian standards too. There was no hairdryer in my room but I took my own. If you are looking for a budget hotel to rest your weary head this place is fine. It's just not great.

Room rates are economical in comparison To east delhi. Hotel building required Renovation although hotel from inside is decent. Room are bigger and clean. Some hotel policy are not guest friendly. Overall nice stay and I will visit again soon

A perfect choice for business travelers, Delicious food, Neat and clean room, service on toe, I recommend the hotel to my friends and family people to stay with Park plaza , I got early check in as well. Thank you Mr. Sandeep for accommodating me and approve my early check in.

Clean and decent hotel with too many checks on guests... They made you sign an undertaking that you will not order food from outside ....which is ridiculous ...you can simply inform why make sign undertaking? Also person (male) who came to receive me was walking with me towards elevator when reception person asked me how long he will stay? That's ridiculous ....its not they have big lobby to entertain guests .... Breakfast had limited options but was decent ...but when you enter the girls pounce on you and ask room number as if you will cheat them .... i found it strange ... Dinning in ground floor cafe was premium price and average taste small portion ....

Nice stay, rooms are good but need renovation. Staff is coutysys and helpful. Gym is spacious but one treadmill was not working. Swimming pool is clean. Food in breakfast is very tasty specially bakery items. I stay regularly in this hotel. Good value for money only dropback is location is far from the city centre.

I stayed in August last month with my family here. I request for early room which was given to me at 9 am,thanks to reception tem for honouring my request. I was traveling with my wife and 8 years daughter and hotel provide extra bed without any extra cost. Room are clean and food is good. Hotel should allow online food delivery which can be good rest everything was perfect.
