We were staying for 1.5 week. Good experience in everything, except the valet parking price. But Delray Beach has a lot of parking spaces for free (even for overnight).

1. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by various bars, small shops, and a resort for the rich. It is close to the sea and has a great night view of the beach;
2. The breakfast is all Western style, cold, and I am not used to it. Only eggs can satisfy the Chinese appetite;
3. The hotel hygiene is OK, but we often find things left over from cleaning, and the cleaning staff are careless;
4. The hotel rooms are more suitable for family travel and vacation;
5. The hotel facilities are average, mid-range, and cannot be compared with those in China.

I am a guest at the hyatt place in Delray Beach. I have to say I had the best experience with Stephanie L. at the bar. She made me and wife feel very welcomed. Very knowledgeable of the area and surroundings. I would recommend to anyone. She made us feel very comfortable

Stephanie is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered. Her energy is infectious, and she’s got an impressive knack for multitasking. Not only is she quick, efficient, and sociable; but she also has a way of making everyone feel like they’re her top priority. For myself and my friends, Stephanie created an atmosphere that was welcoming, fun, and attentive: the first and last aren't very common in Delray. If you're lucky enough to have her as your bartender, you're in for a great time.

The hotel’s new look is classy. The service is just top of the line. The front desk staff are always trying to please when they can. I had a charming chat with them. Leading the pack is Dylan. Though not working long, he should be a manager in the future.

Fantastic stay and loved the upgrade design. Great location, great housekeeping and special kudos to great front desk service from Gaelle and Shania. Great!! I’d come back anytime. And I will. Great time and all good. Breakfast and everything.

All around great place to stay. Very comfortable accommodations. Excellent free breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Excellent location. Walk to Atlantic Avenue shops and restaurants. The beach is also close by. You cannot go wrong staying here. Great value for the money.
