Attitude of front desk staff at checkin and checkout was condescending. Even though hotel was not crowded, we were assigned the worst/smallest room on the property. Someone charged drinks to our bill we did not order. Hotel cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the morning which could be heard from our room. We stayed there multiple times prior to renovation and had great stays, but renovation seemed to downgrade look and fell of the property and service and attitude were not good this time. We lilkely won't go back

I really love this property and I used to work there. I was just disappointed because they assigned me to room that I already had a person in it. Then when I called for a late check out, the woman at the front desk was so rude and wouldn’t let me have a little bit more time. Then when I ordered breakfast with a gluten allergy they delivered my food with English muffins, which is a massive, no no!!! And I actually ended up vomiting and had to leave the Beach Club early

I had a WONDERFUL stay at the Seagate. The facilities are beautiful and all the staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful! Especially Kelly at check in, all the valets and the spa staff. So relaxing. I felt pampered and cared for. Thank you Seagate!

The only thing that was a bit deceiving was that it appeared the resort was right on the beach, that was not the case. They have a shuttle that transports you to their private section of the beach which is about a 15 minute walk from the resort itself. However the facilities were beautiful and clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Delray is such a nice town everything is walkable from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

excellent in every way. friendly check in. upgrade through ******* and free bottle of wine. room was gorgeous. nice patio. bathroom was big and so nice. valet staff excellent walkable to downtown restaurants will be back
