The entire place is all busted up. There's a $100 deposit for any room that nobody said a word about it! Not even when called in specifically asked about it, and I'm absolutely livid. A little bit of warning about that would have been nice because now I'm ******* flat ass broke. Need the room, and I can't get one anywhere! Why!? Because my money's been taken by this place. A place that refuses to give it back and refuses to maintain its their property at all

There are more rooms. The room is spacious but a little dark. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk had a good attitude. The breakfast options are not many, but the taste is ok. The hotel has good value for money.

The hotel is old and noisy, lack of sockets or poorly located ones. The night receptionist was very unfriendly, the complete opposite of the morning receptionist who was friendly. I do not recommend it.

The parking lot is large and there is no charge for parking. The breakfast is regular Western style, with a wide variety and richness. The surrounding area of the hotel is very lively and shopping is very convenient. And the hotel has convenient transportation. Next time I come to Lansing, I will definitely stay here again.

Old and outdated, falling apart. 1st room had a glass slider door we could not lock with a see-through curtain. The Privacy curtain was only half there and ripped half off. We had to move rooms. Second room not was not much better. Pictures from second room.

First impression was horrible. The address took me to the back parking lot, which is horribly paved and feels generally sketchy, with various items being stored out in the open. The building has no signage on it whatsoever. I booked with the Ramada Inn, but the front desk has a temporary banner of Clarion. It was incredibly confusing and made me lose trust in the hotel. As a young woman traveling alone, feeling safe is incredibly important to me. The first impression I got of the hotel made me feel very uneasy. It smelled bad and did not feel welcoming at all. I think it is worth it to update your signage so the hotel has one name. The check in process took longer than it has for me at other hotels. It all felt incredibly dated and sketchy. I understand I get what I pay for, but I was expecting a bit better. That being said, the room was a pleasant surprise and the bed/bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was fine. Ice machine felt incredibly inconveniently located. Overall, I would not recommend it and would most likely not stay there again.

Excellent Pool!!!!! nice inside space and excellent staff. i see one lady was cleaning all around area throughout day. still looks like they are improving property and some work under progress. i will go back with family whenever in that area.

The state was amazing the bed was comfortable the breakfast was great overall pleasant stay. Service was great the staff was amazing very helpful I enjoy the customer service very much and enjoyed my stay here with my girl and her friend we had a good time here at the Ramada pool area was great but definitely recommend staying here for anyone who has to stay in motels most of the week this is a great motel to stay at very pleased
