Even if it is an adult friendly hotel, we had no issue staying with our 8 years old son. We booked an one-bedroom lux suite which suited our needs very well. The suite is quite large and has a large number of amenities, including tea and coffee facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by the sofa from the living room which is very big and comfortable. Breakfast offers a good food selection. Staff is very friendly. The hotel has a room to deposit ski equipment. The ski & aqua-park included passes are very useful. Bus to the ski slopes stops in front of the hotel. There are several very good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The spa is a bit small, but you don't need more to relax. We will definitely come back.

It is a heaven on earth... everything was just perfect. Room, food, wellness and very friendly staff. The hotel is in a peaceful area surrounded by woods and it has a cozy and timeless design. We loved it and will come back soon.

Wonderful place by the river with amazing staff from reception via bar, kitchen to spa. You have to bit a “demanovsky pstruh” it is a local fish. Room was very clean - take a apartment Lux or VIP with fireplace. It is a perfect place to chill out and hiking 🥾 or getting off

I dont think it is ok in 4star hotel not to have any refreshment during the day at hotel bar or in spa available. In menu they say you can order fresh juices, acai bowl, fresh fruit plate etc. but they never have it available. At bar they only have 2 cakes and thats it. Please check how the service should look like and then charge almost 200eur for room. Terrible.

Pros: Lets start with the services and staff. There was simply none who wasnt obliging to help us with anything and as bonus in a good mood. Breakfast is amazing, you have lots of options to choose from. And if there is something running out you wont even realize it and they are already bringing new stuff. Wellness is of course on the same level as the rest. You can choose from three types of sauna - finnish, infra and steam sauna. A bonus is you can chill yourself after a sauna in a ice cold mountain stream. There is also two jacuzzi and a relax zone with always fresh water available. Cons: You cant go here on regular basis because it isnt kind of a budget friendly accomondation. But lets be honest, you get here what you pay for. And the restaurant menu doesnt have a lots of options to dine but that is what menu in a good restaurant looks like.

We booked VIP apartment to have nice new year’s eve…wifi in our apartment was not working, we had fireplace but after we made fire (the wood was wet) we had room full of smoke so we had to sleep with windows open - it was winter so u can imagine the night. We had also half board, but after we got served dry salmon on the frozen veggies we decided to talk to management on the next day. Whole day we couldn’t talk to anyone responsible due to event preparations….but we paid 500€ per night!!! We were in VIP apartment…huge disappointment and i don’t care that management will write that they are sorry- in reality they are not because they made no effort to change their client from unhappy to happy one. For that money u can have amazing stay in the hotels here in Jasna such as Druzba or others.
