I thought i had cancelled my room the day before within the designated time, but apparently didn't finish the cancellation as i thought. On the day when I was supposed to check into the room, hours before I contacted trip.com as well as the hotel to see if I might get the money back since I couldn't be there. Since I got a notice from the hotel that evening welcoming me for checking in I knew I was not able to cancel the room. I was not there.

Staff were pleasant. Rooms could use a good thorough cleaning and some updating. Breakfast was good and server was very friendly and attentive.

Smooth, quick check-in. Pleasant and efficient staff. Clean, non-smoking room. Good breakfast, and no-fuss checkout. Outside ice machine was being serviced, but breakfast staff offered to fill my cooler back in the back, which was much appreciated.

The staff were wonderful, the location was fine. It was mostly that the rooms weren't very impressive for the price paid.
