"This hotel is advertised as 4 star. It hasn't been 4 star for decades. I was booked here as part of a package. Extremely run down and poorly maintained. I stayed in nicer tea houses in Nepal 25 years ago. I have trouble giving 2 stars. The owner had very nice Prada glasses."

"This is an apartment, practically a flat. It has a kitchen-living room with a sofa and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, kettle, and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a washing machine, hot water boiler, and a hairdryer. The balcony overlooks the mountains. Air conditioning. We stayed in January and turned it on, and everything warmed up quickly. The location is convenient: several supermarkets are nearby, as well as Greek cafes with excellent breakfasts, a coffee shop with desserts, Eastern sweets, the Church of St. Nicholas, and the pedestrian square of Demre. The sea is a long way off—a 30-40-minute walk. But we still walked there. Everything is clean, the entrance is quiet, and we didn't hear the neighbors. The bathroom has a washing machine, a water heater, and a hairdryer. There is a balcony with a mountain view and air conditioning (we stayed in January and used it for heating; it warmed up the place quickly). The location is convenient: there are several supermarkets nearby, a Greek cuisine cafe with excellent breakfasts, a coffee shop with desserts, a place selling oriental sweets, St. Nicholas Church, and the pedestrianized Demre Square. The sea is quite far - it takes about 30-40 minutes to walk there - but we still enjoyed walking there. Everything was clean, the entrance was quiet, and we never heard the neighbors. It’s a wonderful place for a long vacation!"

"The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, with construction waste everywhere. The cooking utensils in the hotel kitchen were not cleaned. A pudding-like egg was found inside the electric kettle."
