Nice hotel with very convenient location, closer to the port too, easy to getting around. Fun and welcoming hotel staffs, my kids loved it very much.

We booked a sea-view room. Although these rooms are typically angled towards the sea, the one we were assigned was quite far back. As a result, we could barely see the ocean from the room itself and had to step out onto the balcony for a proper view. Room service was slow; if we requested an extra towel or any other item, we'd have to wait at least half an hour for it to arrive, which was quite frustrating. However, the overall hotel environment was lovely, the sea was beautiful, and the pool was also beautiful.

This resort was spot on! The location, restaurants, hospitality, pools, lounges, people, spacious and clean rooms...you name it, they had it all. Yasmin, in particular, was amazing! She accommodated certain requests and checked in to ensure that we were happy. Cellar and Barnes was a nice added touch. Li is amazing and will make the best drinks ever!

As always , Sheraton never fails to deliver . Morning activities at the Pool was conducted for all to participate. Happy Faces and Welcome Drinks is refreshing ! Will stay again if coming to Fiji Nadi !
