the villas are quite expensive but I believe worth it. They are currently adding new ones. The existing ones are perfectly comfortable and clean but the bathrooms are getting a little dated. No doubt all of this will become part of the refurbishment once the brand new additions are completed. Great location and very quiet. We were in an upper level one with the small balconies getting really hot in the afternoon sun, but if you can get a ground floor, these are perfect as they are shaded and you can just sort of "fall" right into the gorgeous pool. Staff are like all fiji, super friendly and helpful. Great holiday

Free upgrade to a pool view room, the overall environment is pretty good! The breakfast is great, and there are many activities in the hotel! Good reviews!

The Chinese receptionist (female) was terrible. She seemed to be a manager. She was so fawning to white people and indifferent to her compatriots. She couldn't even follow the basic principle of first come first served. There are so many Chinese people visiting Fiji in the hotel, so I thought this was why there were Chinese staff. I didn't expect that this would be the biggest failure.

The environment here is very good, it is a place where you can relax. Since there are different rooms, you can share a house here. It is very convenient for delivering takeout or anything else. The surrounding environment is all high-end hotels.

I originally thought that the renovation in 2014 would be very old, so I was very nervous before setting off. But when I arrived, I found that it was much better than the photos. Spacious, bright and comfortable, perfect for our family. The villa and Sheraton Golf share a front desk, and all hotel facilities are also shared. Everything is great and very suitable for vacation. The hotel staff are all warm and friendly. Emele. Tamani, who cleaned our room every day, carefully prepared enough water and tea bags for us. The cleaning was very meticulous and clean, allowing us to have a comfortable holiday.

Except that the hotel's beach is not so clear because of the black sand, this hotel meets expectations. The hotel is large, the greenery is very good, and the villa's swimming pool is also very clean. A family of six chose a villa with breakfast and dinner, which was very cost-effective. The breakfast is in line with the standards of a five-star hotel. The buffet dinner is 129 Fijian dollars if purchased on site. There are salmon, prawns and other seafood every day. During our three-day stay, we also had Pipa shrimp and blue crab. The family had a great holiday here. It should be noted that when leaving the store, you must check the consumption before paying. We just left in a hurry and did not look carefully. It was not that our consumption was recorded in our name, but that we missed some consumption. Fortunately, later After communication, everything was properly resolved. There is Chinese service at the front desk, which is very convenient. The sunset is beautiful!

The room is very clean, you can drink Fiji water freely. The staff is very friendly. The environment is great. There are also ethnic performances. The torch show is very exciting. Free bath towels are provided in the swimming pool. The front desk service is responsive.
