"The hotel was large and new, and the breakfast was great, but the faucet in my room was broken, and there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub, so I slipped and fell. I reported this to their manager and the front desk, and they came to repair the faucet promptly and provided a non-slip mat. However, they didn't offer me much further comfort. Fortunately, I'm feeling better now, and I probably didn't break any bones, but I'm still in pain. So, their service was just average."

"Happy with the stay. Hotel is clean, both common areas and room. Check in staff was great. Location was convenient for our needs. Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant only minutes away (Starwood Cafe). Hotel has a small bar and restaurant, but we did not use them. Both looked clean and well kept. Other guests were obviously enjoying them. only complaint, the room HVAC kept cycling and the fan was a little loud. I'm a light sleeper, so it probably impacted me more so than the average person."
