STAFF are super kind. They are always ready to help: reception desktop staff, restaurant staff,and bell-boys : a big thanks to them for their works and their service.

The hotel is in the heart of the Cherry Creek area and has a premium price. I was first shocked by the $68 per day parking fee. Then when we arrived our room was not ready (we were early so that was ok). It became ready around 3:00p and the representative apologized for taking so long and offered us an “upgrade”. The upgrade was to a higher floor and when we got to the very small room we looked out the window and there was a construction project about 15 feet away from us with workers able to look directly into the room. Additionally they were banging and welding until about 6:30pm. Couple all this with non-working internet and the stay was not great. We feel for a premium price we paid we should have been told about the construction and offered some type of discount.

Great location, helpful staff, clean property. Rooftop pool & bar is a nice amenity. The pool could use some additional attention for cleanliness. Overall great stay.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for walking to restaurants or shopping. Construction going on nearby a bit of an inconvenience, but the hotel itself was nice.

Great hotel located in the heart of the Cherry Creek retail and entertainment district. Will definitely stay here again. $68 per night valet parking is a bit too NYC for me and leaves a bad feeling.

The hotel is pretentious. It wants to look nice but it’s not. The shower was awful; press the wrong button and you get sprayed in the face. Are the buttons labeled? No. The elevators were down for a bit of time, and wouldn’t go to their floor so I got to ride with the staff to all the floors before mine in a dark elevator with a strangers. Big wet spot in the room floor. Mountain View is basically construction view. For the money you spend, you can go somewhere else. Good things though: staff was kind and nice, great valets, and good location.

Staff were Amazing/ super clean room and comfy pillows and beds. Narrative is my favorite restaurant inside hotel. Location is prime. Will be back ❤️

Although the staff was excellent, the amenities were lacking! There was a hole in our bedsheets. The pillows are extremely hard. Room service was unreliable. Had to ask for towels, one day and then toilet paper the next day. The glass doors are hazard. We had no safe in our room. Although everything was very clean, lacking amenities is important at this caliber of a hotel.

We've been going here once or twice a year for the last 5 or 6 years but this stay was not as smooth or memorable. The entire staff (except Zach/ manager) was helpful and awesome! Zach was dismissive, non-understanding, and non-empathetic.
