It was really good atmosphere. I love the restaurants downstairs. Everything was close to where we needed to go. Had a good time.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Hard like a rock. Pillows were flat. Asked for extra pillows and those were flat.

Parking is a ridiculous 50 a night. The front desk manager seemed to not know anything. The valet guys told my husband that parking was super easy . It was not. Tons of construction. Location ( if you are walking was the best part of our stay)

Temp only raised in increment of 1 degree. Took me 1.5 days days to get from 66 to 72 No food until 6:00 is not good Valet has no phone. Clunky Fitness sucks. For $300 need steam and locker room Auto blinds broken. Take down the sign. Very hard to raise manually. Painful. Parking and valet way too much. 3 holes in concrete caused my medical scooter to crash. You cant see them??

Clean room, what breakfast. Couldn't afford 21.00 just to have 2 eggs and sausage and toast

It was a great hotel. I did not like the open concept of the room and the bathroom. I also did not enjoy the parking situation, but other than those things overall it was a great experience and the staff were nice.
