"I have stayed for 1 night in the hotel. But I have very poor experience about this hotel. The rooms were not ready as per my choice. Later they have provided me 2 rooms. The size of the rooms were pathetic. I also want to mention about the poor washroom of this branded hotel. There were absolutely no drainage system in the washroom. After using the washroom once, it had become almost pond where no water was passing. The situation was messy indeed. The washroom size is very very small. The food of the restaurant is very costly. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone"
Hotel Sapphire Inn
"Excellent stay! Near to baba mandir and all important locations."
Hotel Ekta International !! 300 MTS from Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple !!
"Excellent experience. Nice location, polite and courteous staff, spacious and well maintained rooms and above all very good restaurant in house ."
Imperial Heights
"I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel Deogarh, and I am utterly appalled by the conditions I encountered. The dormitory they provide is nothing short of inhumane. It’s filthy, resembling a dustbin where people have spat tobacco. It’s outrageous that the hotel even considers this an acceptable form of accommodation for drivers or any guest, for that matter. This kind of treatment is disgraceful and should not be tolerated. To make matters worse, the overall service at the hotel is equally abysmal. The telephone in the room wasn’t working, which led to a lot of miscommunication and frustration. The booking process was a disaster, largely due to the incompetence of Ms. Chandana. Her handling of our requests was completely unprofessional, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. This hotel should be boycotted and banned. I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry, and I sincerely hope action is taken against them. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here!"

Hotel Golden Continental
"This has been one of the worst and most disturbing hotel experiences for me and my family, including my elderly parents. I strongly urge travelers to read this before booking. We booked this property via Cleartrip (Trip ID: 260404386932). Before booking, I called the hotel and spoke with a person named Pranav, who claimed to be the GM. He confidently asked me to go ahead with the booking. However, immediately after booking: - The hotel refused to accept the booking, citing a “pricing issue” - Pranav personally called me later and again the next morning asking me to fight with Cleartrip, saying they give “random discounts” - He clearly stated they would not honor the booking This is where things started becoming extremely suspicious: - The same person changed his name while speaking to us and again while speaking to Cleartrip support - When Cleartrip support tried to validate the booking on a conference call, he refused to join the call or provide any written confirmation from the hotel side - Despite Cleartrip claiming the booking was confirmed, the hotel continued denying it, leaving us stuck in between After multiple escalations and strong follow-ups, the booking was suddenly “confirmed” — but the ordeal did not end. When we reached the hotel: - We were given a room where the AC was not working - The room was poorly maintained with untidy red/green bedsheets that looked unhygienic When we raised the issue: - Pranav himself came to check, dressed in a dirty lower and t-shirt, which is highly unprofessional for someone claiming to be a GM - We were told “this is the only room, take it or leave it” - We were made to wait at the reception for over 30 minutes with no resolution At this point, we again contacted Cleartrip support from the reception: - The executive tried to speak with the hotel - I handed over the phone and even put the call on speaker - Pranav refused to speak to the Cleartrip executive again, right in front of us So clearly, this was not a one-time issue — there was a pattern of avoiding any formal confirmation or accountability, both before arrival and at the property. Even more concerning: - While refusing to speak to Cleartrip, he was simultaneously talking to his area manager in a very questionable and non-transparent manner - The conversation felt shady, and instead of resolving the issue, he was trying to shift blame onto us and portray us as problematic guests The hotel itself appears poorly managed and unreliable: - Only two staff members (Pankaj and Pandey), who also appeared unprofessional - Overall, it felt like a one-man show with no proper system or accountability Eventually: We were asked to leave the hotel After spending 1.5 hours at the property and several hours before that coordinating, we had no option but to walk out and demand a refund 🚨 Major red flags: - Confirmed bookings being denied after full payment - Staff changing names and avoiding accountability - Refusal to coordinate with booking p"

Hotel Anjali, Deoghar
"The hotel reception service was found very poor. If someone is caught in the lift and suddenly power cut.. after repeated reminders to the reception staff he didn't take prompt response and the concerned was busy to talk on phone. It was noticed that they are not serious for it. Even TV was installed but not working in any room. Hence, it is hereby advised to replace with the responsible person at reception counter."

"1. 2. Hotel situated out side from the city. This is not suitable for devotees. Room service is very pooar. Manager behaviour is very rude and non co-operative. I have taken 4 person family suite but they they provide only 2 person complimentary toiletries. Food price is also higher side concede-ring their quality of service. I have order paneer paratha and plain partha and requested to serve at 9. 30 am but they deliver at 10. 15 without any vegetables. Even they do not have curtsy to ask the for that while ordering that the vegetables are available on chargbale basis. Ac remote is also not working properly. Their is any charging plug in room or middle of the bed to charge the phone or laptop while working"
Hotel Yashoda International, Deoghar
"Hotel infrastructure is very poor, room condition is very poor . Also they are giving lower grade room to customer booked and good quality room is given to walking customer. Linen is very old and dirty. Also wardrobe is in very bad sape. Staff are not cooperative with customer. Main benefits of this Hotel is near to Baba mandir and on road in main market. Some area of Hotel is still under construction. Average Hotel with Budget Travellers."
