It was unpleasant stay. The hotel is not clean enough. And When i asked the proper towels and floor mat and the hair dryer, The staff answer the phone at night Oct 5th 2022 said : not allowed to request more towels, eve though the towels is so disguisting.
And the floor mat cannot be replaces, because the storage key is TAKEN HOME by one of the hpuse keeper. And the hair dryer is out of stocks. He answered directly without checking anything!
I talked to the FO captain, she said sorry and will improve.
