Nice quiet hotel with decent facilities

I recently booked this hotel for my family, and they were extremely satisfied with their stay. The hotel is very affordable yet offers great value for the price. Its location is perfect—close to everything, making it convenient for traveling around. It’s definitely worth every penny! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay in yogyakarta- Indonesia.

Room cleanliness: VERY VERY DIRTY. THE BED, SHEETS, AND ROOM STINKED WITH URINE as soon as I arrived. Suggestion: Once guests leave, please clean the room or double-check whether the room booked by the guest is ready for occupancy.

My favorite hotel when staying in Jogja, I've been there 2-3 times because I surveyed the family room the first time. And after booking via APS, I always make sure to check with the receptionist for the desired room (room 201). For now, it's really disappointing because I've booked since December 2025 to stay in February 2026, there was a note on the booking and I've reconfirmed for room 201, but on the day it said room 201 was not available and was replaced with room 213 which we found uncomfortable. Finally, we decided to check out immediately that afternoon without using it even though we had checked in, let it be a blessing for us and we will not use it as a reference for our favorite hotel again.

There is no liquid soap. Classic rooms and interiors, rooms are quite spacious and clean.
