excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near.

I always enjoyed my stay at Innside. Clean and spacious room, attractive contemporary design, good hospitality, varied breakfast menu. However, it is a bit distant from shops and restos, we have lotte mart behind the hotel within walking distance, though. And if we order food or things online, it also reaches us in a short time.

The hotel is clean, quiet, the garden and swimming pool are well maintained, even though the garden is very spacious. great. There are 2 children's pools, rarely there are hotels like this. There is a sandy pool too. Lots of children's toys too. Good... Suitable for holidays with family and children
