"Finally, a 5-star hotel in Depok! Compared to the one in Bandung, I think the Bandung one is better, but this one is good for the room rate. They gave complimentary cookies in the room. There's a sandy pool for kids and an infinity pool, but unfortunately, no water slide. Hopefully, they'll add one next time, as I saw a frame for it. The interior has that classic Trans Hotel style. The playground is quite large, with arcade games and even a PS5. The kids really enjoyed it. This is definitely one of the best 5-star family hotels with great facilities for children."

"The room was quite clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the service, from the room attendant to the security guard, was unfriendly and troublesome. Upon check-in, they knew I had a lot of luggage, but they told me to climb the stairs to the parking area, even though there was an elevator and quite a lot of stairs. The security guard at check-out was very unfriendly and even insulted me. Please improve the staff. A low price doesn't mean cheap service, because you set the price."
