The room was absolutely amazing, and all my bros and I felt right at home. We stayed in the hotel's loft room for three days. Pictures P1-P3 show the overall room environment. As soon as you enter, you see floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Shennv Peak and Five Crown Peaks. Every day, you can lie on the bed or the hammock in front of the windows and watch the sunrise and sunset over Shennv Peak – it was incredibly satisfying. Walking up the stairs to the second floor of the room, you'll find a tea table and a bathtub in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows (both floors have massive floor-to-ceiling windows!!! Absolutely gorgeous!!!!!). After a day of hiking, you can enjoy tea and a bath while watching the 'Golden Mountain' sunset over Shennv Peak. After sunset, head to the fireplace on the first floor to warm up and chat. All the 'debuffs' from hiking all day were instantly cleared (we were chatting so much I forgot to take pictures of the second floor 👉👈). And because the local environment is quite cold, the entire room has floor heating, making it very warm.
Now, for the most important part, P4-P9. These five photos were taken in the hotel's public area on the first floor, which also features panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s perfect for photos at any time of day – morning, noon, or night. The fireplace is also on the first floor, where you can order coffee and drinks at the bar, then warm up by the fire, drinking and chatting. It was super cozy (I honestly loved hanging out here, spending more time here than in my room, it was so cool!). My bro told me P6 was a key, but to me, it looks just like a big squirrel's tail. Next time, I'm drinking 'Swan'!
P10-P12 were taken from the hotel's second-floor outdoor terrace. My photography skills are limited; the starry sky and the exterior staircase looked much better in person than in my photos. P13 shows the supplies the hotel prepared for us before our daily hikes, as well as food for feeding the small animals.
My only regret is not staying at Yushan as soon as I arrived in Yubeng. I brought a tripod, spare clothes, and a ton of supplies, thinking I was fully prepared. But after coming down from Upper Yubeng and staying at Yushan, I realized they provide daily supplies, and you can give your clothes to the hotel to wash. They dry them quickly and return them to your room. The hotel also provides some commonly used daily items and medicines. All these little touches made me feel incredibly cared for. These are pretty much my feelings about the hotel environment and other aspects of Yushan over these three days. For the rest, I suggest everyone come and experience it for yourselves; it will definitely be much better than just reading about it.
Next are some small memories for my bros. P14 shows the two roasted potatoes I brought back on my first night, burnt black on the outside and ice-cold inside from grilling over an outdoor fire. We planned to chat and eat them, but when we bit into them, they were still hard. So, the guys chopped them up, wrapped them, and threw them back into the fireplace to cook again. Seriously, the moment we took them out, the aroma absolutely blew us away! We spent that entire night eating roasted potatoes and chatting. It was awesome, bro!
P15-P16 genuinely moved me. The day before, I casually mentioned wanting to eat skewers. Who would have thought that a bro, with my sisters, would trek up to Yubeng in slippers just to bring me down a bag of skewers? But I have to say, they were seriously delicious, brother! Do you understand how I felt, eating meat after three days of instant noodles? You could tell my bro was exhausted and skinny from it, hahaha! It moved us so much that we grabbed the instant camera and snapped three photos! Make sure you keep the other two for me!!! On our last day, as we were leaving, all the bros came to the door to chat and see us off, which truly touched me. I almost lost it, but thankfully, we made a quick getaway, hahaha!
Alright, I'll stop writing here. My writing skills have reached their limit; if I write any more, my CPU will burn out, and my bro will say I'm getting mushy. I actually wrote this two days ago, and just as I was about to post it, Ctrip glitched and deleted it. It drove me crazy, bro. Take care of yourselves, everyone, and definitely stay away from mules, cattle, sheep, and horses, hahahahahahaha! Don't get kicked again. Let's keep our group photo safe. See you next summer in Yubeng. Oh, and I heard another girl came back to the hotel after we left. See you next time too, girl!
Finally, here's a photo of our 'Love in Yubeng' to conclude.
